All payments are processed by certified, secure payment providers. We do not have access to your full card details and we do not store any card information.

2. Payment security

Every transaction is made over an encrypted connection, so your details are protected throughout the payment process. Emily Harrison London will never ask for your card or bank details by email or telephone.

3. Payment and order processing

An order is only processed once payment has been confirmed. If a payment fails or is cancelled, the order is not placed or dispatched. Where fraud or a payment error is suspected, a payment may be held while it is checked, and we may cancel an order if the payment cannot be verified.

4. Refunds

When a return is accepted, we refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the payment method you used for the order.

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
  • If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we refund the full price including delivery and cover the cost of the return.
